Ever been frustrated by the Registry of Motor Vehicles? Specifically in Massachusetts?

I wrote a funny script while I was still genuinely angry, and decided these stick puppets could tell the story best. Crayons for the whole thing, and I thought it made it look pretty good, kinda like a cartoon. The idea was to deliver the whole experience of the RMV's dissapointments in sucsession.
SYNOPSIS
The main victim, NEbody, is constantly
frustrated and denied for all kinds
of reasons at the counter by the RMV teller.
He returns again and again, more and more frustrated
until finally the teller gets the manager.
NEbody explodes on the manager and
everything gets worse until finally
NEbody is led away in a struggle by a cop.
